Neurablink grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on compatible Android devices owned or controlled by you for personal or lawful business multimedia conversion purposes.
The Application utilizes open-source frameworks, including FFmpeg (licensed under GPL/LGPL) and Flutter plugins. Your use of those specific components is governed by their respective open-source licenses.
You agree not to:
100% Ownership Retained: You retain complete and full ownership and copyright of all videos, audio files, images, subtitles, and watermarks you import, edit, or create with the Application.
You represent and warrant that you possess all legal rights, permissions, or copyright authorizations necessary for any media you process using the App. Neurablink assumes no responsibility or liability for any copyright infringement resulting from user-imported content.
Video encoding and editing are compute-intensive tasks. Processing speed, device temperature, and battery utilization depend entirely upon your physical device hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage throughput). Neurablink is not responsible for device performance throttles or conversion interruptions caused by low storage space or hardware limits.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEURABLINK DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL VIDEO FORMATS, DAMAGED MEDIA, OR DRM-PROTECTED FILES WILL CONVERT UNINTERRUPTED OR WITHOUT ERROR.
Always maintain a backup copy of your original media files.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEURABLINK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, CORRUPTED EXPORTS, HARDWARE STRAIN, OR COPYRIGHT DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
Neurablink reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
