Copyright Policy

NeuraBlink provides a utility to retrieve publicly accessible image URLs from YouTube's servers. We deeply respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same.
1. Ownership of Thumbnails
NeuraBlink does not own, host, or claim any rights to the thumbnails downloaded through our service. All cover images, artwork, and video frames belong to their respective creators, channel owners, and YouTube. When you use our tool, you are simply viewing and saving files that are already publicly exposed by YouTube.
2. User Responsibility
As a user, you must adhere to standard copyright laws when utilizing downloaded images:
- You may not use someone else's thumbnail to misrepresent your own content.
- You may not use a creator's custom artwork for commercial gain without their explicit written permission.
- NeuraBlink is not a license-granting platform. Downloading an image does not transfer intellectual property rights to you.
3. DMCA and Takedowns
Because NeuraBlink operates purely as a client-side URL generator, we do not host any of the images on our servers. Therefore, we cannot delete or take down an image from the internet.
If you are a creator and believe someone has stolen your thumbnail, you must submit a formal DMCA takedown request directly to YouTube, as they are the entity hosting the file. Once an image is removed from YouTube, it will immediately become inaccessible via NeuraBlink.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you encounter illegal or highly inappropriate thumbnails being linked through our platform, you should report the original video directly on YouTube to have it removed from their servers globally.
